I'd love some ideas too, haha.

What generally happens is your companions are good at some stuff, so you learn from them. By the time you're a senior companion, hopefully you've learned some good stuff to cook!

Whenever I want a real dinner, I generally just poach a chicken breast or small-ish pork chop in some chicken broth. With the chicken I like to add in some lemon/pepper "spice," and for the pork chop... I will puree an apple (chop it up and put it in the blender with a bit of water) and chop up some raisins and poach it with that. VERY yummy.
It's also good to throw some peas and/or corn in the pan with the meat also.

It's very simple... with effort, time, and clean up.

I also like to boil a few red potatos every so often and keep them in the fridge so they are ready whenever I want them... They are good fried in butter, salt, pepper, and onion powder, AND are good reheated in the microwave and served with sour cream. Yum.

Also, if Chase likes potatoes & onions and has a big-ish frying pan, I know a really good soup recipe. Totally delicious and will impress all of his companions. It's in one of my cookbooks so I will try to get that to you later...
